Daniel is an Associate with Credit Suisse Securities’ Mergers & Acquisitions Group in New York, where he advises clients from a broad range of industries on corporate transactions. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, he started his career with McKinsey & Company’s Financial Institutions Group in Germany where he most recently worked as a Fellow Senior Associate and Junior Project Manager. At McKinsey, Daniel focused on advising wholesale banks and diversified insurance companies on topics that included growth strategy, best practice sharing and restructuring. He received a Master of Business Administration with distinction from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business and a Master-equivalent degree (Diplomkaufmann) from European Business School Universität, Oestrich-Winkel (Germany). During his studies, Daniel specialized on corporate finance, accounting and business law. At NYU Stern, Daniel was a teaching fellow for corporate finance, financial statement analysis and M&A accounting.
